We are proud to be an official National Sprayer Testing Scheme (NSTS) centre, with several qualified NSTS examiners across our nine depots to deliver a high standard of agricultural service.
The NSTS is a Comprehensive Sprayer Test that covers all the application components of the sprayer. This includes its control systems, hoses and pipework, nozzles and nozzle control systems, filters, and more, to ensure the sprayer is working correctly, efficiently, and safely. The full NSTS test consists of 47 test items, the first 30 of which must be satisfied to receive a pass certificate. The subsequent 10 are advisory and the final 7 are optional elements. All prices are for tests to be completed on farms up to a maximum of a 30-mile round trip, with a further charge applied for additional travel. Additional remedial work carried out by a technician will be charged in addition to the fixed price. The prices below are based on testing one set of nozzles, with additional charges for further set of nozzles.
